Warranty

We provide one year of warranty for our products. Within one year of purchase, if the product is malfunctioning, we will try to provide advices on how to make the product work again. If the advices do not work, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Send back the product so we can repair it. We will cover the return shipping.
• Provide exchange product.
• Provide partial or full refund.

The actual solution varies case by case based on the severity and the nature of the problem.
